  • FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

    Our most inclusive design package, Full Service Interior Design includes working with you to develop a clear design plan and implementing that design in your residential, commercial or small hospitality space. Whether you are in the process of constructing, renovating, or furnishing your space, we will help you achieve the look and feel that best reflects who you are and how you live.

  • VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN

    Virtual Interior Design includes the same design planning as our Full Service Interior Design, but you are responsible for the ordering and implementation of the design created for your space. This option allows you to purchase at your own pace and according to your budget limitations and still achieve a designer look. Procurement can also be provided for an additional fee.

  • DESIGN CONSULTATION

    If you have a clear vision for your project but you want an expert eye to help finalize minor details and decisions, then design consultation could be the best fit for you. This option includes one hour of video conferencing or in-person meetings in Los Angeles, charged at an hourly rate.

pRICING

  FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN  

In Full Service Interior Design, the client pays an hourly rate of $150 per hour for the design time required for the project and a small commission fee on all goods purchased. The hourly rate covers the design time required for the project and the commission fee covers the sampling, ordering and shipping logistics for all of the goods associated with the project.

    VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN           

In Virtual Interior Design, the client pays a flat fee based upon the scope of the project. The flat fee covers the design time required for the project and includes two revisions. An additional procurement fee can be added if the client prefers the designer to handle ordering and logistics. The flat fee structure is listed below.

   DESIGN CONSULTATION             

Design Consultations are charged at the hourly rate of $150 per hour.

wHAT IS INCLUDED

We work with you to gather inspiration and assess your design needs, produce design drawings including floor plans and elevations (and renderings if desired), and source interior items including furnishings, drapery, flooring, lighting, artwork, appliances and accessories. Depending on the design service you choose, we also handle the ordering and delivery logistics of all of the above, or give you a shopping list so you can shop on your own. For Full Service Interior Design, meetings and site visits with you and your contractor and trade professionals are also included. Our firm works with small to medium-sized projects in residential, retail, and small commercial spaces. We are based in Santa Monica, California.
